Gestión de materiales y planes de medios: Diseñar, coordinar y dar seguimiento de principio a fin a la parrilla de materiales promocionales y campañas de mercadotecnia, asegurando la optimización de presupuesto, calidad y entrega oportuna.
Alineación con el equipo comercial: Colaborar estrechamente con la fuerza de ventas, KAEs y distribuidores para alinear expectativas, promociones y proporcionar herramientas comerciales de alto impacto.
Gestión de stakeholders transversales: Actuar como punto de enlace y negociación operativa con áreas clave como Legal, Compras, Asuntos Regulatorios y Cadena de Suministro para agilizar la ejecución del negocio.
Optimización de procesos internos: Evaluar, documentar y proponer mejoras en los procedimientos del área de marketing, simplificando la operación y reduciendo tiempos de ejecución.
Relación con el ecosistema de salud: Participar en la coordinación de proyectos estratégicos con asociaciones de pacientes y socios comerciales para fortalecer la presencia de marca en el mercado.
Formación académica: Licenciatura concluida en Mercadotecnia, Administración de Empresas, Relaciones Comerciales o carreras afines a los negocios.
Experiencia laboral: Entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia previa en áreas de mercadotecnia, trade marketing o gestión de proyectos promocionales en la industria de tecnología médica, diagnóstico, farmacéutica o consumo.
Dominio de idioma: Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado (fluidez para redactar correos corporativos, participar en capacitaciones y colaborar con equipos regionales).
Competencias clave: Alta capacidad de organización, orientación a resultados, pensamiento analítico y habilidad demostrada para negociar e influir en equipos transversales.
Ubicación: Residencia actual en la Ciudad de México o Zona Metropolitana.
Experiencia en Trade Marketing o manejo de punto de venta en el sector de dispositivos médicos o consumo enfocado en salud.
Conocimiento en la gestión de sistemas ERP (ej. SAP) y plataformas CRM o de gestión de activos comerciales (ej. Salesforce, Veeva).
Familiaridad con el ecosistema de cuidado de la diabetes o herramientas de salud digital.
