The Technical Production Lead is responsible for monitoring production plans, work orders, and personnel attendance to ensure operational efficiency. They provide direct support on the production floor, manage scrap, and validate processes including SMT, structural, and wave soldering.
Candidates must have a technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field, along with proven experience in personnel management. Proficiency in manufacturing processes such as SMT, PTH, and wave soldering is required, as well as the availability to work flexible hours.
