Assists in directing daily restaurant operations and supervising shifts to maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. Manages team members, handles guest complaints, and oversees opening and closing procedures in the absence of upper management.
Candidates must be able to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while ensuring adherence to company policies. Ability to train staff and manage labor costs is essential for this leadership role.

The Team Leader’s responsibility is to assist in directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and/or Assistant Manager while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. The Team Leader is also responsible for handling issues with team members, food suppliers, and guests directly then escalates them to the General Manager/Assistant Manager when necessary.
All other duties as assigned by management.
