The Program Director manages four programs for individuals with developmental disabilities, overseeing personnel, operations, and financial aspects. Responsibilities include developing individual goals, leading interdisciplinary team meetings, and providing a mixture of direct care and supervisory duties.
A bachelor's degree in a human services field and at least one year of full-time experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities are required. Prior experience in budget implementation and employee supervision is desired.

As the Program Director you will have oversight and be responsible for coordinating and managing the overall assigned programs (4 in total; 2 programs in Cedar park, 1 in S Austin and one in N Austin) in relation to individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD). The program director is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the program including but not limited to developing individual goals and plans, implementing program. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
