Do you want to work in a highly-ambiguous technical space with direct impact on improving the customer experience while delivering business results? The Stores-Ads Monetization team partners across Consumer and Advertising organizations to build capabilities to enable the integration of lovable customer and advertising experiences across geographies, store pages, missions, brands, and products. In this role you will lead initiatives to enable the seamless and scaled integration of delightful customer experiences and paid content spanning Amazon’s store. This role will innovate on current and next-generation customer experiences and advertisements so that both are dynamically tailored and integrated with multiple Amazon systems.

Drive these decisions and the decision-making process to be fast, simple and lowest friction; - Communicate about program direction status simply, precisely and actionably to senior leaders, internal customers, and engineers delivering on the program.
