Join the Paul Davis Team! Mitigation Project Manager Base Salary up to $60,000 - $70,000 + monthly bonus structure
Our Mitigation Project Manager oversees residential and commercial property damage restoration projects—including water, fire, mold, and storm damage—from initial inspection to project completion. This role ensures safety compliance, high-quality workmanship, and clear communication with clients and insurance adjusters
Responsibilities
Site Inspection & Scoping: Conduct initial walkthroughs, assess property damage, and determine exact scopes of work and equipment needs.
Estimating & Insurance: Prepare detailed estimates using platforms like Xactimate and negotiate scopes and pricing with insurance adjusters.
Crew & Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise field technicians, schedule daily job workflows, and manage subcontractor performance.
Customer Service: Guide property owners through the stressful recovery and mitigation process with empathy and clear updates.
Financial Management: Track project budgets, review gross margins, process change orders, and assist with billing.
Requirements & Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in disaster restoration, mitigation, or construction management.
IICRC certifications preferred.
Proficiency in industry estimating software and digital job-tracking tools.
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. and work in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics when inspecting sites.
Valid driver's license and willingness to participate in an on-call emergency rotation
