Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Finance and at least 5 years of experience in sales incentive compensation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills are required.
In this highly visible role, you'll help drive the success of Shure's incentive compensation programs by implementing and enhancing the tools, systems, processes, communications that are used to administer our short-term incentive plans. You'll ensure clear understanding of the plans, payment accuracy, and adherence to compensation policies, and deliver meaningful and accurate reports and analyses on performance and plan effectiveness.

Base salaries vary based on qualifications, geography, experience, and expertise in each respective discipline. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for the opportunity. The base salary for this position ranges from $86,800 to $138,900, with a midpoint target. If your salary expectations do not align, still apply as we are often flexible on the seniority of posted positions. All positions also include an award-winning benefits package.
