Requires an Associate's degree or higher in OT, PT, or SLP with at least five years of clinical experience. Must possess valid state regulatory credentials and have 1-2 years of successful clinical management experience.

Summary: Responsible for directing the clinical rehabilitation operations of multiple practices within a geographic market under the supervision of the Regional Vice President (RVP). The RDO is responsible for achieving specific financial, employee relations, customer service, and clinical objectives through strong leadership and effective management of staff and customers. Maintains professional conduct, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients. Represents Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality & service in all interactions with facility and clients, as well as adheres to Reliant Rehabilitation’s Policies and Procedures.
