The Oncology Research Liaison serves as a connector between clinical operations and research initiatives to facilitate the execution of oncology clinical trials. This role involves coordinating study startup, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing communication between investigators, sponsors, and clinical staff.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field and possess 3–5 years of clinical oncology or research experience. Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and proficiency in EMR systems are required for this position.
The Oncology Liaison serves as a key connector between clinical operations, oncology providers, and research initiatives at Springfield Clinic (SC). This role supports the growth and coordination of oncology-related programs, including clinical research, by facilitating communication, identifying opportunities, and ensuring efficient execution of approved protocols.
The Oncology Liaison partners closely with investigators, clinical staff, and external sponsors to advance program development, improve patient access to research, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
