A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred, along with 3+ years of progressive HR experience. Proficiency in employment laws (FMLA, ADA) and experience in manufacturing or distribution environments is highly desired.
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, leave administration, HRIS support, employee engagement, compliance, internal communications, and day-to-day HR operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries and plays a key part in fostering a positive employee experience while ensuring HR processes run smoothly, consistently, and in alignment with company policies.
This position works closely with the Director, Human Resources - Electronics to support HR initiatives, employee lifecycle activities, compliance processes, operational needs, and company internal communication efforts for the Electronics Segment. This role may require travel up to 25% to support HR initiatives and business needs across company locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees and managers, communication consistency, and process improvement efforts across a segment-level HR function.
