Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field with at least 1.5 years of experience in US Benefits Administration. Proficiency in SQL, SAS programming, and a strong understanding of batch processing and SDLC principles are essential.

This role delivers accurate low-to-medium complexity analysis and test plans reflecting client requirements, ensures smooth batch operations post-implementation, and maintains ongoing system stability. The role also includes mentoring new associates and collaborating with global teams to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
