The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe environment by patrolling hotel grounds and monitoring surveillance systems. They handle guest disturbances, escort individuals, and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
Candidates must have at least a high school education or equivalent experience and possess alcohol awareness and security certifications. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

If the situation calls for it, hotel security may also work with the local police department, emergency services, etc.
