SHEEP is a fire-driven dining experience rooted in seasonality, craftsmanship, and hospitality. Centered around an open hearth and a four-course tasting menu with guest choice, the concept invites guests to explore ingredients, stories, and traditions through an immersive dining experience unlike any other in Denver.
We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside one of the country's most celebrated culinary teams while helping launch one of Denver's most anticipated dining experiences.
Position Summary
Back of House Team Members are responsible for executing food preparation and service at the highest level of consistency, quality, and efficiency. Team members will work closely with the culinary team to prepare, cook, and plate dishes that reflect the vision and standards of SHEEP, ensuring every plate delivered supports an exceptional guest experience.
Successful candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about culinary excellence. Experience in chef-driven restaurants, fine dining, tasting menu service, or high-volume quality kitchens is preferred.
