The Human Resources Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, and pre-employment screening. They also ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and banking regulations while supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience and an associate degree in a related field. Proficiency in HR technology systems and a strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment strategies are required.
