The janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the theatre's auditoriums, lobbies, hallways, and restrooms prior to opening. They must also ensure building security, manage janitorial supplies, and report any facility damage to management.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds. Prior janitorial experience is preferred, along with the ability to communicate effectively and follow safety protocols.
Summary: The theatre janitor is a team member classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or a full-time hourly employee solely employed by Regal and on Regal’s payroll and who is responsible for ensuring that all auditoriums, lobby and hallway areas, and bathrooms are cleaned prior to the opening for business. Represent and act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies. Must be 18 years old or older.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
