The Resident Engagement Coordinator develops and executes a monthly calendar of activities based on resident interests and fosters meaningful connections within the community. They also collaborate with the leadership team to plan special events and facilitate off-site engagement opportunities.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with adults in a program coordination capacity and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required, and a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Education and Experience
A minimum of 1 year of direct experience with adults, coordinating, planning, and executing programs is required. High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required. Bachelor’s Degree in therapeutic recreation, gerontology, health care, education, or other related field preferred. Leadership experience preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Must have a valid driver’s license and may be required to obtain a commercial driver’s license based on the needs of the community
Makes standard and routine decisions based on detailed guidelines with use of independent judgment and discretion. Solves problems using clear, detailed guidelines or by reporting them to a supervisor.
