The Senior Baker is responsible for the preparation of bakery items, including scaling, mixing, baking, and finishing products according to manufacturing schedules. They must also ensure quality control, maintain sanitation standards, and manage housekeeping within the bakery department.
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of scratch bakery operations and the ability to perform repetitive lifting up to 70-100 pounds. Availability to work nights and weekends for a full-time schedule is required.

This person's primary duties include following the Manufacturing schedule for maximum yield and productivity, using formulas, scaling product, preparing mixes, baking product, finishing merchandise (including par-baked items and finishing), preparing it for sale, monitoring quality, controlling expenses, sanitation, and housekeeping. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.
Other work considerations: productivity; organizational ability; able to work well with minimal supervision; reliable, dependable.
