Provide individual and group counseling, case management, and assessments for individuals in a residential substance use disorder program. Develop and maintain individualized service plans while collaborating with healthcare providers and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
Requires a Washington State DOH certification as an SUDP or SUDPT and a valid driver's license. An associate degree in chemical dependency or human services is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
