Position Summary
The Occupational Therapist provides pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children develop the skills needed for success in daily activities, school, play, and family life. Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Participate in care coordination and team collaboration

Qualifications
Required
Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care

Outpatient pediatric therapy experience

Total earning potential up to $87,000+ annually, depending on experience, schedule, and billable hours.
