The Senior Manager, Quality will provide strategic leadership and technical direction to ensure quality systems and governance frameworks are effectively implemented. Candidates must hold an undergraduate degree in Quality, Engineering, or Business and possess over 12 years of experience in Quality Management. A Baseline security clearance or higher is mandatory for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and functional direction across our Quality organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring quality systems, processes, and practices are effectively implemented to support safe, reliable, compliant, and high-performing delivery outcomes.
Working across multiple disciplines, product lines, and operational areas, you will provide senior leadership to quality teams while acting as a trusted technical authority in quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in strengthening quality capability, driving consistency of practice, and ensuring quality frameworks align with business objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished quality leader who can combine deep technical expertise with people leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes across a complex organisation.
The successful candidate must hold a Baseline security clearance or higher.
