Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working within a Fiscal Intermediary environment. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with document processing or compliance-related tasks.
The Document Review & Verification Associate is responsible for performing accurate and timely document intake, early verification checks, and workflow preparation to support the onboarding of Personal Care Attendants (PCA’s)/Workers. The Associate processes documents received through multiple channels, completes packet checks, triages inbox communications, and routes documentation to the appropriate internal departments. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with all required state and federal onboarding forms, program‑required documentation, I‑9 verification standards, and employment authorization documentation requirements. The Associate plays an essential part in maintaining smooth onboarding workflow operations by helping resolve documentation issues and supporting efficient handoffs across departments.
