The Assistant Manager is responsible for all operations during their shift, including staffing, cost controls, and cash management. They must ensure strict adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of store cleanliness and customer service.
Candidates should be natural leaders with a positive attitude and a strong orientation toward customer service. Previous pizza industry experience is preferred, and applicants must pass a standard background check.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition, Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls for Food and Labor, Cash Control, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance & punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, and Profitability.
