The Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees front-of-house operations, catering services, and staff scheduling while maintaining department standards. They are also responsible for managing supply inventories, reservation systems, and addressing concerns from residents, guests, and employees.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment. The position also requires compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Restaurant Manager position.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front house operations and catering, while following department and community standards. Drives recruitment efforts for the department and builds staffing schedules. Maintains supply inventories for service items, manages the reservation system, and addresses any employee, resident, or guest concerns.
