The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and training the operations team to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction. They must also maximize departmental revenues, monitor budgets, and implement strategic promotions to improve overall profitability.
Candidates must possess a service-focused personality and previous leadership experience in a hospitality environment. Strong communication, networking skills, and the ability to lead by example are essential for this role.
