The Job Cost Analyst supports the financial management of construction projects by overseeing job costing, project reporting, and budgeting. This role collaborates with project managers and operations to monitor financial performance, ensure accurate billing, and maintain internal controls.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of accounting or job costing experience within the construction industry. A diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with CPA designation or enrollment considered an asset.

JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Controller, the Job Cost Analyst is responsible for supporting the financial management of construction projects by ensuring accurate job costing, project reporting, budgeting, work-in-progress (WIP) analysis, and project financial performance. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Estimating, and the Finance team, this role monitors project costs from project award through closeout to ensure timely and accurate financial information for decision-making.
Location: Clearway Corporate Office – 45 Rodinea Road, Maple , Ontario.
Hour of Operation: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation range: $80,000-90,000 (Based on qualifications, experience and relevant skills)
