The Purchasing Agent is responsible for performing material takeoffs, preparing project estimates, and managing vendor price agreements. They serve as a liaison between vendors and construction teams while auditing data in accounting and purchasing software.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, accounting, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in the new home construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of construction trades and building materials are essential.
