Compliance is seeking a Director to oversee DTCC’s global regulatory change management program. This program includes, but is not limited to, monitoring the global regulatory environment to identify new and changing regulations and regulatory guidance that may impact DTCC and its regulated subsidiaries, working with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the impact is assessed, gaps are identified and remediated, and that key controls supporting regulatory compliance are in place. The Director of Regulatory Change Management will interface with all levels of DTCC management, including senior management.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Lead a team in the monitoring of the global environment to identify new and changing regulations potentially impacting DTCC’s regulated subsidiaries leveraging horizon scanning tools and other sources.
Providing clear communication and guidance regarding relevant industry news and regulatory changes to business and support areas, including senior management.
Performing regulatory change assessments and coordinating with key stakeholders across DTCC, including First, Second and Third Line of Defense. Working with key stakeholders to review, assess and document specific process enhancements to support compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintaining with great accuracy an inventory of regulatory requirements, guidance, and similar information.
Ensuring the maintenance and timely update of regulatory change management program documentation.
Representing Regulatory Change Management on Governance, Risk and Controls working groups.
Managing the organization’s annual process to update its PFMI/CCAS Disclosure Frameworks and engaging with Legal and other stakeholders in various other regulatory projects.
Driving improvement in technology that supports the regulatory change management function.
Providing metrics and reporting for senior management
Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in a related discipline required, J.D. preferred; advanced degree and/or certification (JD, MBA/MS, CPA, CIA, CFE, CRP, CAMS, CAMLP) a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience
Talents Needed for Success:
Regulatory management experience in Compliance or Legal at a global Financial Institution or similarly highly regulated environment
Knowledge or familiarity of DTCC’s role in the Financial Services Industry a plus.
Ability to analyze risks and controls to mitigate regulatory compliance risk.
Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to multi-task and to adhere to established deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strict attention to detail.
Strong proficiency with PC based applications including Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
