The strategist assists senior bankers in delivering banking products to real estate clients by overseeing financial models, profitability analyses, and research. They also manage a team of analysts and coordinate client pitches, quote sheets, and internal reporting projects.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in real estate banking or a related industry vertical. Advanced knowledge of traditional banking and real estate capital markets is required, with an MBA and credit training preferred.

At Regions, the Real Estate Banking Strategist assists senior coverage bankers in the delivery and execution of the full spectrum of banking products to Real Estate Banking clients and prospects. This position will coordinate activities centered on the execution of quote sheets, client pitches, engagements and group projects involving company analysis and internal reporting. Real Estate Banking Strategists work within the Income Property and Homebuilder Finance client coverage/origination groups for Regions Bank.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
This position is incentive eligible.
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Full timePay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
