ROLE OVERVIEW
LendingTree is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to support our fast-growing Marketing group. This role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through strong analytical execution, clear storytelling, and close partnership with business stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you will independently own analyses for a defined business area, assess business problems, collect and analyze the right data, and translate findings into insights that drive measurable business outcomes. You will partner closely with Marketing teams to discover and remove operational bottlenecks to drive revenue growth. Performing deep analysis into technical systems and building reports that give clarity to these complex systems.
This role aligns to LendingTree’s Business Analyst job family with an emphasis on analytics delivery, business partnership, and technical proficiency in SQL/Snowflake.

The base pay range for this position in Seattle/New York/Colorado/California is $95,000-115,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors, job-related knowledge, and experience.
