The Inventory Operations Supervisor manages the complete life cycle of physical inventory flow, from receipt to final picking for customer orders. This role also involves leading warehouse staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.
Candidates must have proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A forklift certification is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.

Location: Minneapolis (Plymouth), MN
The Inventory Operations Supervisor is responsible for the complete life cycle management of all physical inventory flow within the BuyWander warehouse, from initial receipt to final picking for customer orders. This role ensures the warehouse operates with maximum efficiency, organization, and safety, guaranteeing inventory accuracy is maintained across all processes. The Inventory Operations Supervisor will coordinate closely with the Listing Operations Manager and the Order Fulfillment Supervisor to maintain a seamless flow of goods.
