The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.This function focuses on individuals responsible for restructuring problem or non-performing loans. Responsible for restructuring loans when counterparties do not meet the original conditions of the loan and asset recovery. The loan workout group (in conjunction with senior bank management and corporate relationship management staff) directs its efforts to limiting losses on outstanding problem loans or non-performing loans. Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes. Role at this level usually has full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
