Candidates must have experience in a related Transfer Agency role with strong analytical and communication skills. Knowledge of UKTA Regulatory Reporting and system development lifecycle skills are highly advantageous.
This role is for the UK Transfer Agency team, within Funds Operations. The team is responsible for providing shareholder servicing to Transfer Agency clients.
The service offering is mainly digital and therefore the TA team manages exceptions and oversight of, Investor and Distributor trade processing, register maintenance, cash, cash reconciliations and client money, distributions, and reporting.
The team also acts as a primary contact for Transfer Agency clients for queries and initiatives.
The role holder is responsible for participating in the achievement of the daily tasks. These tasks could include the processing of trades, settling payments, completing reconciliations, and, responding to enquiries and complaints.
The candidate may also have the opportunity to contribute to further enhancing the digital operating model, using their knowledge and experience.
