Working closely with the Tribe Lead and squad leadership, it will help improve delivery visibility, strengthen alignment to quarterly priorities and roadmap commitments, and support better outcomes through clearer reporting and more effective agile execution. This position offers broad exposure across agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and operational execution, and would suit someone interested in developing toward Product Owner or broader operational leadership responsibilities over time.
What We Offer:

We’ll Count on You To:
Support agile coordination across the Regulatory Controls and Reporting Tribe, helping ensure clear visibility of progress against quarterly priorities and roadmap commitments.
Develop high-quality reporting and management information for senior stakeholders, translating squad-level activity into clear, actionable updates and insights.
Partner with the Tribe Lead and squad leadership to strengthen cross-squad alignment, stakeholder communication, and execution discipline.
Support the preparation of recurring updates, quarterly reviews, and materials for senior management and executive audiences.
From time to time, support requirements gathering for selected initiatives, helping capture business needs and translate them into clear inputs for delivery teams where appropriate.
Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, streamline reporting, and enhance agile ways of working across the tribe.
Contribute to selected automation and AI initiatives, including helping to develop, organise, and maintain AI prompts and prompt libraries while supporting practical AI ways of working across the tribe.
What You Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, delivery, business management, or a similar environment.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or fast-changing work.
Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and present it clearly to internal stakeholders.
Comfort working in an agile environment and helping teams maintain momentum against priorities and timelines.
Experience preparing reporting or presentations for senior stakeholders.
Very strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with AI tools and models such as ChatGPT or Claude, and an interest and/or experience in applying them in practical business settings, including working with prompts and prompt libraries.
Familiarity with Power BI, Qlik, or Alteryx is a plus.
Interest in developing toward Product Owner or broader operational and agile leadership responsibilities over time.
