The Director will lead the Operations Practice, driving growth and managing client engagements within the Aladdin ecosystem across the Greater Philadelphia and Delaware region. They are responsible for overseeing full-lifecycle Aladdin implementations, developing practice strategies, and mentoring a high-performing team of specialists.
Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in asset management operations or consulting, with at least 10 years of hands-on Aladdin implementation expertise. A proven track record in senior leadership, executive presence, and deep knowledge of front-to-back office investment workflows is required.
