The Senior Executive Underwriter manages complex accounts, oversees underwriting best practices, and provides leadership and training to the underwriting team. They are responsible for driving business results, developing broker relationships, and executing strategic initiatives to ensure profitability.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Lines, Agency, or Brokerage, along with a Bachelor's degree. Strong expertise in US Financial Lines products, including D&O, EPL, PTL, Cyber, and Fidelity, is required.

This level underwriter typically works with accounts/clients which are greater in scope and complexity. The role is expected to have increased involvement in the management, development and training of the staff and increased responsibility for the business results of the unit.
