About this role
Like WCG, you believe in the power of work. In this role, the Platform Engineering Manager leads the design and operation of WCG’s cloud platform as a product, enabling secure, scalable, and efficient delivery of digital services. You will drive the shift to a modern platform engineering model focused on automation, self-service capabilities, and developer experience, with primary ownership of Azure-based cloud infrastructure (with AWS exposure), IaC, DevOps/DevSecOps, identity and access management, and system integrations, ensuring integrations are scalable and reusable. Partnering closely with Security, Architecture, and Development teams, you will embed security by design, drive the adoption of AI-enabled platform capabilities to enhance engineering productivity, operational insights, and accelerate innovation across the organization.
