The Project Engineer will manage avionics system design, development, and certification projects from conceptualization to physical implementation. They are also responsible for mentoring junior engineering staff and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and possess 3-5 years of experience in avionics systems design and certification. Applicants must be eligible for a P.Eng license in Ontario and be able to obtain a Government of Canada Secret Level Clearance.

As a key member of the Engineering team, the Project Engineer – Avionics Systems will report to the Director, Engineering and will be responsible for system design, development, and certification, managing projects from conceptualization to physical development, working with customers and stakeholders to fulfill project requirements, and mentoring and supervising system engineers. This is a full-time, permanent position located at our North Bay, ON facilities.
You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
