We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers.
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Designer to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality landscape plans for national homebuilders, site contractors, and custom builders, requiring both technical expertise and creative design skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, edit, and finalize landscape plans for national builders and site contractors.
Create lot-specific landscape plans based on builder standards and modify existing plans as needed.
Collaborate with the estimation team to understand and apply standard package requirements.
Integrate site plans into AutoCAD and incorporate required design elements.
Ensure all landscape designs meet builder specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable codes.
Produce advanced, custom landscape designs for higher-end or specialized
projects.
Stay current with county-approved plans, zoning codes, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of plant materials and landscape construction standards.
Experience working with county regulations and permitting requirements.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce compliant, build-ready plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
