The Integration Technician is responsible for processing Falcon 9 boosters at the Port of Long Beach, including lifting, transit operations, and fluid/electromechanical maintenance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of hands-on technical experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or related industries. The role requires the ability to work in extreme outdoor environments, perform physical tasks like lifting up to 35 lbs, and pass a background check.

The Falcon Recovery team is looking for motivated technicians to support Booster processing at the Port of Long Beach. This team is responsible for receiving, processing, and handing over Falcon 9 First Stage Boosters from the Recovery team to the Vandenberg Refurb team. In this role, you will perform flight-level quality processing work, getting the vehicle safe and ready to be transported out of Long Beach port. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working outdoors while being hands-on with the vehicle. If you have a keen eye for quality while following documented instructions on flight hardware, and you enjoy working with a waterfront view, this position is for you!

Pay Range:
Level 1: $23.00 - $27.00
Level 2: $26.00 - $32.50
Level 3: $31.00 - $38.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year.
