The practitioner will manage a clinical caseload to provide person-centred Positive Behaviour Support services, including conducting assessments and developing evidence-based support plans. They will also provide training and coaching to support teams while monitoring outcomes to ensure human rights and quality of life improvements.
Candidates must hold a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy and be eligible for registration as a Core Practitioner under the NDIS framework. Previous experience in disability services and a current Australian driver's licence are also required.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Behaviour Support Practitioner – Core to join our growing Allied Health team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career or developing practitioner to build their expertise in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) while receiving ongoing supervision, mentorship and professional development from experienced clinicians.
In this rewarding role, you will support people with disability who have complex support needs, helping them improve their quality of life through evidence-based, human rights-focused behaviour support. You'll work closely with participants, families, carers and support teams to create meaningful and lasting change.
