The practitioner will deliver high-quality, person-centred Positive Behaviour Support services and develop evidence-based strategies for individuals with complex needs. They will also provide clinical supervision and mentoring to other practitioners while contributing to specialist programs and multidisciplinary initiatives.
Candidates must hold registration as an Advanced or Specialist Practitioner under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework. Extensive experience in supporting people with disability and complex needs, along with a commitment to human rights and neuro-affirming practice, is required.

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Specialist Behaviour Support (SBS) Advanced/Specialist Practitioner to join our Allied Health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.
In this rewarding role, you'll deliver high-quality Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services using evidence-based, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and rights-based approaches. You'll work alongside individuals, families, carers and support networks to improve quality of life, reduce behaviours of concern and build meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor practitioners, contribute to specialist programs and help shape best practice across the service.
