The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and job architecture programs. They are responsible for conducting market pricing, managing HR data, and providing insights to ensure programs remain competitive and compliant.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 3–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics is required, along with advanced Excel skills.

The Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Englobe’s compensation, benefits, job architecture, and HR analytics programs. The role provides accurate data, meaningful insights, and practical support to help ensure Total Rewards programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

The salary range for this position is $77,771 to $102,075 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
Artificial intelligence tools may be used in the screening or selection of applications for this role.
