Promptly answer incoming internal and external calls, providing clear information and routing callers to the right department or individual.
Swiftly announce emergency codes, drills, and disaster management protocols according to established hospital procedures.
Send pages and alerts to contact on-call physicians, medical personnel, and emergency response teams.
Keep desk directories, staff contact lists, physician on-call schedules, and reference guides continuously up to date.
Follow all communication protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and safety procedures to keep health system operations running smoothly.
