The Freight Coordinator is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and processing daily shipments and store transfers. They also manage shipping for guests, maintain backroom organization, and ensure merchandise is properly tagged and prepared for the sales floor.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs. No prior experience or specific educational training is required for this role.
Summary
The Freight Coordinator position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement, “to create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, the Freight Coordinator performs a variety of operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. receiving and unpacking of daily shipments, shipping merchandise, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning of facilities).
