Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, identifying root causes of disruptions, and ensuring continuous operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system incidents effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve incident management processes to reduce downtime and improve response times.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
- Ability to document incidents and resolutions clearly for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and business users.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
