ACX’s growing nationwide portfolio includes 26 properties totaling approximately 4 million square feet, approaching $1 billion in assets under management. The firm is actively investing in value-add and core-plus transactions on behalf of its institutional investors.
Position Overview:
ACX is seeking to fill a Leasing Administrative Assistant role in our Denver, CO office. This position will be responsible for coordinating leasing administration, maintaining property marketing materials, supporting tenant communications, and providing general office administrative support. This position reports to the Director of Leasing.
