The Quotations Specialist is responsible for reviewing bid packages, formulating project quotations, and establishing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing. They must coordinate with sales teams to develop bidding strategies and manage the entire proposal process from RFQ to final submission.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or project management, preferably within the electrical distribution or lighting industry. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software.
