The Restaurant Floor Manager for Zephyr is responsible for leading all front-of-house floor operations, ensuring a seamless, elevated dining experience that reflects the sophistication and energy of Hotel Phoenix. This role is highly visible and guest-facing, requiring strong leadership presence, attention to detail, and the ability to execute service at a luxury standard.
Zephyr is a key part of the Hotel Phoenix experience. The Restaurant Floor Manager ensures that every service is executed with precision, energy, and intention—creating an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and inspired to return.
