The phlebotomist is responsible for determining donor eligibility, performing phlebotomy techniques, and managing donor reactions. They must also maintain donation site equipment and accurately document all medical history and vital signs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including weekends. While no prior experience is required, strong customer service skills and the ability to stand for long periods are essential.
