The Maintenance Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues to ensure a safe environment for residents. They also handle apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and common area upkeep.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in residential or facilities maintenance and a valid driver's license. EPA or HVAC certifications and experience with property management systems like Entrata are preferred.
